BARBARA, (Heck), Born 1734 at Ballingrane in the Republic of Ireland. She is the child of Bastian (Sebastian) Ruckle and Margery Embury. Bastian Ruckle married Margaret Embury in Ballingrane, Republic of Ireland. The couple had seven kids from which just four survived into adulthood. Normally the subject of a biography has been a major participant in significant instances or has presented unique ideas or proposals which are documented in document form.
